Erica Kobasic and barge with  a large load tied for weather at the Carbide Dock.	The trailer under the container is 20 feet wide. The vessel is destined for Duluth.	Algowood upbound in Soo Harbor in the early morning sea smoke.	Rt. Hon. Paul J. Martin upbound at Mission Point	Kaministiqua downbound at Mission Point.

Atlantic Erie above Lock 1.	Canadian Olympic after clearing Lock 1 downbound.	John D Leitch below Lock 2.	Pineglen in lowering in Lock 3.	Pineglen meets the Nina & Pinta below Lock 3.
Salvor pushes her barge under the Homer bridge.	Salvor and Lambert Spirit downbound below the Homer bridge.	Sten Suomi above Lock 1.  Pineglen downbound on the left and CCGS Griffon at the shipyard on the right.	Sten Suomi bow markings.  Name, ‘tug-goes here T’, bow thruster and bulbous bow.
6/29 - Portable Coffer Dam in Erie, Pa.  - Hugh Gillett
Around the middle of June the Presque Isle was in Erie Pa. to have the Stbd seal replaced. This is the first time I have seen this portable cofferdam used. Instead of dry docking the whole vessel this Portable cofferdam was flooded, maneuvered into place and  pumped out. Work could then be done as if in dry dock. By the looks of this piece of equipment it must be for the Presque Isle only.	End of cofferdam that would be under the stern.

Ontario Place view	Sailboat Diogenes capsized by the squall. All 12 people on board were rescued by Metro Marine Police.	Diogenes coming up with a crane aboard the spud barge Rock Prince.	Pumping out Diogenes with  2" and 3" pumps.	End of the day. Tug M. R. Kane hooking up to the spud barge Rock Prince.
6/28 - Green Bay  - Scott Best
James L Kuber unloading at Western Lime.	Tug Stephen Asher moving her dredging operation back out to the mouth of the Fox River to resume dredging.	Backing out of the slip into the main river, with the slip at a 90 degree angle to the river, its a tight fit even for a small boat like the Maumee.	Close up of bow in between the two dock faces, bow just about clear.	Stern view heading up the Bay.
